The SÉO offers a wide range of services and programs to support Francophone and bilingual immigrants who want to enter the job market in Ontario, where, like other Canadian provinces and jurisdictions, there is a significant shortage of workers. The SÉO employability team has the expertise to help you on your path to employment. We offer a wide range of services and programs. Job search preparation To help newcomers prepare for their job search, the SÉO works closely with them to help them adapt and acquire the knowledge and skills specific to the Ontario market. Our employability team will assess your skills, guide you in developing an action plan, help you write your resume and cover letter according to the Canadian model, simulate job interviews with you, provide advice and training about the Ontario job market, and much more.
